The hotel offers several room categories designed for couples, families, and individual guests. Room types vary in size, capacity, and amenities. A detailed overview, including photos and equipment, is available in the accommodation section.

Q: Do you offer rooms with a view of the Low Tatras or directly on the slopes?

Most rooms offer views of the main ridge of the Low Tatras – Chopok – and the Biela Púť ski slope. Guaranteed views are available in all COMFORT PLUS, ECONOMY PLUS, Tower rooms PLUS, and selected apartments.

Q: Is it possible to add an extra bed or baby cot?

Extra beds are available in Comfort and Comfort Plus rooms, all family rooms, and most apartments for an additional fee. Baby cots are available in most rooms free of charge; a fee applies only for LUX outdoor apartments.

Q: Is the hotel suitable for families with children? What family rooms or services do you offer?

Yes, the hotel is suitable for families with children and offers a wide range of services for a comfortable family stay. Available amenities include baby cots, bathtubs, bottle warmers, changing mats, potties, and toilet adapters. For the youngest guests, there is the Pinocchio kids corner, and in good weather, children can enjoy the outdoor playground with a carousel and professional trampoline. The wellness centre also includes a children’s zone.

The hotel offers two restaurants – Jasná Restaurant and the Folk Restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style in Jasná Restaurant. Outside the main season, dinner may be served as a multi course menu. The Folk Restaurant offers an à la carte menu inspired by Austro Hungarian cuisine. During winter, a Ski Lunch is available directly on the Biela Púť slope.

The hotel accommodates guests with food intolerances. Buffet breakfasts and dinners are very diverse, include gluten free and lactose free options. Staff are happy to provide information about ingredients. Guests are advised to inform the hotel in advance.

The hotel features one of the largest wellness centres in Liptov, including 9 pools, a 25 metre swimming pool, and an outdoor heated pool. There are also 9 saunas, a tepidarium, separate children’s and adult zones, and a wide range of massages and treatments. Morning swimming is free for guests from 07:30 to 10:00. The wellness centre is open from 13:00 to 21:00 for a fee, with discounted packages available.
